Instruction for Pressure Cooker Potato Salad
 
•Boil potatoes in pressure cooker using water and Peel them and dice potatoes in equal size when they are cool.

•Put potatoes, onion, and celery alternately in a large bowl. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Top with the chopped egg and sprinkle with dill.

•Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, and cider vinegar in a small bowl. Gently fold the mayonnaise mixture into the potatoes. Chill at least one hour before serving.

6 medium potatoes, scrubbed

40 g chopped onion

1 stalk celery, chopped

3 boiled eggs, chopped

4 g chopped fresh dill

120 ml mayonnaise

5 ml yellow mustard

5 ml vinegar

Water

Salt and pepper to taste
