Instruction for Pressure Cooked Fish Filets
  1. Place the cherry tomatoes at the bottom of a heatproof bowl. 
  2. Add a bunch of fresh thyme. Place the fish on top of the tomatoes. 
  3. Add the crushed garlic, olive oil and a bit of salt. 
  4. Put the bowl inside the pressure cooker. 
  5. Set the cooker to low pressure and turn the heat up to high. 
  6. Once pressure is reached, reduce the heat and cook for another 5 minutes. 
  7. After the cooking time is up, use the natural release method. 
  8. Garnish with more cherry tomatoes and herbs on top.
Ingredients of Pressure Cooked Fish Filets
  • 4 White Fish fillets (any white fish, I used cod) 
  • 1 lb (500g) Cherry Tomatoes, halced 
  • 1 cup Black salt-cured Olives (Taggiesche, French or Kalamata) 
  • 2 Tbsp Pickled Capers 
  • 1 bunch of fresh Thyme Olive Oil 
  • 1 clove of garlic, 
  • Pressed salt and 
  • Pepper to taste
