New Delhi: Trouble is by all accounts preparing for RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Saturday raids at three farm houses of Misa Bharti, her husband and a firm connected regarding a charged money laundering case

The ED authorities led looks on the farmhouses in Ghitorni, Bijwasan and Sainik Farms areas.

The farmhouses are connected to Bharti, her husband Shailesh Kumar and M/s Mishail Printers and Packers Private Limited.

Prior, the ED had captured the chartered accountant of Misa Bharti. Rajesh Agrawal was captured from Delhi for his contribution in illegal tax avoidance and the dark cash racket.

Agrawal was blamed for changing over black money into lawful wellspring of wage through questionable exchanges with the assistance of Surendra Kumar Jain and his sibling Virendra Jain - known as Jain siblings. The ED captured the Jain siblings on March 20.

On June 21, Income Tax (IT) authorities had cross examined Bharti for five hours regarding the case.

Bharti's appearance before the IT authorities after the division connected more than 12 properties of her relatives, including spouse Shailesh Kumar, siblings Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Tejashwi Yadav and Health Minister Tej Pratap Yadav under the Benami Transactions Act, 1988.
