HARD AODISING

was first developed by the space scientists
to produce a tough metal surface for Space travel.

HARD AODISED ALUMINIUM

is not a coating, but is an integral part of pure,
virgin aluminium. This is a process of electrolysis
at sub-zero temperature using a high intensity electric
current, a 60 micron thick layer of aluminium
oxide (AL2O3) is formed molecule by molecule.
The process completely transforms
the soft Aluminium surface into an extra hard and
extremely stable surface (about 3-4 times harder
than stainless steel). it will not peel, crack,
pit or rust and is surpassed for durability.

The same advanced technology is now
adopted to manufacture these
HARD ANODISED UNITED PRESSURE COOKERS,
... cookers with extra tough surface
which remains completely scratch free and new for years after years.
